On 12 January 2010, Haiti was torn apart by a catastrophic 7.0 Mw earthquake. Four years on, Islamic Relief is still in the country, helping local people who continue to grapple with the legacy of disaster.

One of the first international organisations on the ground providing life-saving aid in the aftermath of the quake, Islamic Relief has remained in Haiti and is currently focussed on long-term development projects.
