Lead by Example

40 Years of Changing Lives. Now It’s Our Turn.

For nearly 40 years, Islamic Relief has supported orphaned children around the world.

Since 1986, hundreds of staff members have worked tirelessly to improve and grow the Orphan Sponsorship Programme. Step by step. Year after year. Quietly building something powerful.

Today, more than 85,500 orphans in 27 countries are supported because of this work.

Some colleagues work directly with orphaned children and their families.
Some build trust with donors through fundraising, marketing, donor care and advocacy.
Others work behind the scenes in finance, ICT, legal, procurement and operations to make sure everything runs properly and continues to grow.

Every role matters. Every effort counts.

You are already making a difference.

But now, we are asking you to go one step further.
